Our Approach to Copyright
IGLoadr respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of the service to do the same. IGLoadr does not host, store, or archive any files — each request fetches content directly and momentarily from Instagram's own servers and nothing is retained afterward — but we take copyright concerns seriously and will respond appropriately to valid notices.
Filing a Takedown Notice
If you believe content accessible through IGLoadr infringes your copyright, you (or your authorized agent) may send a written notice that includes: (1) identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed; (2) the specific Instagram link or username involved; (3) your contact information; (4) a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is unauthorized; and (5) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf.
Where to Send Notices
Send copyright notices to support@igloadr.com. Because IGLoadr doesn't store files, the most effective step is usually to also report the content directly to Instagram, since removing it at the source removes it from IGLoadr as well.
Counter-Notification
If you believe your content was identified in error, you may send a counter-notice with your contact information, identification of the content, and a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the content was mistakenly identified.
Repeat Infringers
We reserve the right to restrict access for anyone who repeatedly misuses IGLoadr in a way that infringes others' rights.
