Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what information IGLoadr ("we", "our", "the service") collects when you use igloadr.com, and what we do — and don't do — with it. IGLoadr is built around a simple principle: you shouldn't have to hand over your data to download a public photo or video.

IGLoadr doesn't require an account, a password, or any personal registration to use. The Instagram link or username you paste, and the file you download, are processed in memory to fulfil that one request and are not stored afterward — once your session ends, there's no record of what you looked up.

Like any website, our servers automatically log basic technical information for security and abuse prevention — your IP address, browser type, and request timestamps. These logs are kept only as long as needed for that purpose and are never sold or shared for advertising.

IGLoadr uses a small number of strictly necessary cookies — for example, to remember your selected language. We do not use third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

The photos, videos, and profile pictures IGLoadr helps you save are fetched directly from Instagram's own public servers. IGLoadr is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Instagram or Meta — Instagram's own Privacy Policy governs how they handle the content and data on their platform.

Because IGLoadr retains so little information about you in the first place, there is typically nothing to access, correct, or delete. If you believe we hold any personal data about you and would like it reviewed or removed, contact us using the details below and we'll respond promptly.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to the service or for legal reasons. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page always reflects the current version.
